Thinking of a Golfing Break

IMG_0766800x600Kington Golf Course is just 6 miles from us.

It has stunning views and is the highest 18 hole golf course in England.

Why not plan a few days away and play at some of our local courses – these include Llandrindod Wells, Knighton, Builth Wells and Rhosgoch.

We even have golf clubs that you can borrow.

Wildlife all around the Park

A heron landed today in the newly ploughed field next to us.  What a striking bird often to be seen by the local brook waiting for a meal.

Two great places to visit come rain or shine are the Elan Valley Dams and Water-Break-Its-Neck. Both are spectacular with so much water coming over and these photos were taken last weekend during all the wet weather.
